You guys shouldn't believe everything you read on the internet. You are going to destroy your speaker if you poke a hole in it.
Yeah, I bought one of these drives from Best Buy a few months ago and it had so many problems mounting. I loved the small form factor, but you'll see how much the shell scratches and that it's not very reliable. Now when i plug it in I can only copy 10 - 20 megs before it unmounts on it's own giving me an error message. I lost alot of data. Now i have a 500 gig seagate with leopards time machine running. Hopefully I don't go through the same thing again.
OK, I think all of you guys need to realise that gigabytes in a PS3 are irrellevant when You can buy all the external drives you ever need. I bought a 120 GB Western Digital USB drive and it sits right next to my ps3 and it works flawlessly.

That's 180 gigs I will never be able to fill up because there is nothing to download on the playstation store yet. lol.
Stop trying to fool yourselves people. I have both consoles and the PS3 is hands down the better console. Plus it ouputs in 1080p and plays blu-ray.

I don't know how many of you get to witness the glory of playing these things on a 52" Sony Bravia LCD (now I'm broke) but the ps3 is better in quality, performance and compatibility. (SD, Compact Flash and Memory stick) Plus the controllers weigh half the weight and the battery life doesnt die so quickly like the 360 controllers do. i also have both of them hooked up to a router and the ps3 has a built in web browser that works beautifully.

What does Microsoft have besides a jump in game titles?
Why is it that the black looks so much like a wierd charcoal grey? Kind of how some cars plastic parts look before they are painted.
If any of you are looking for a great radio to play your iPod thru, I currently use a Sony CFD-G500 CD Boombox. I bought this bad boy from circuit city for around $79, and it has a LINE-IN jack on the top for your iPod whatever. It used 8 D-Cell batteries and is very loud. just wanted to save you $250.

Lata.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I just moved into a new apartment and have been reading about all of the new power strips out there, especially the green ones. I was wondering if you had any suggestions about which "green "power strips are out there with decent joules ratings. And when I say green, I mean power strips that have the remotes or switches to turn off all electricity flowing to certain plugs and with at least 2 plugs that are always on. I was looking specifically at sub $50 because I will need two, but if that is not possible I could be convinced otherwise. Thanks!"
