But this was released... more than a month ago? Why the press unboxing now? One would think this would have happened a while back. Cool nonetheless though.
@pika2000
What pika2000 said with the following changes...

1) Blackbook! White's just out of style now and the pervasiveness of the aluminum is too much.

2)Make it $800 like Micro Center was selling it for.

3)Not specific to this macbook - but make applecare cheaper.
@(Unverified) Yeah, seems like Dell is gonna be charging a good amount for Windows 7 and the Core 2 ULV processors. Still seems like a solid deal to me though. Only thing that seems troubling is Engadget's quibble with the keyboard quality.
For $450, this beats the pants off any netbook. This would make a far better companion notebook to a desktop replacement than one where you can't even type an email out properly... Only thing is, will it actually be listed at $450 in the US?
Well, maybe they're just trying to protect all that prettiness, b/c god forbid the thing scratches and begisn to look ugly.
If this is what the Apple tablet is gonna look like, I'm gonna be dissapointed. Can't Apple make their products do anything more than swipe and fade in/out pictures? All I've gotta say is Apple had better try to emulate or at least offer more functionality in the tablet than what their iPhone/Touch offers today - I'm obviously alluding to the functinoality of the Courier here - because otherwise, this looks like a flop.
That screen >>> Windows Mobile, enough for me to want one.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I am looking for a device that will stream sound from one source to several recipients. For example, I want to stream sound from my TV or stereo to my phone or MP3 player that has radio and Bluetooth capabilities. I have looked into radio transmitters and they seem like a decent choice, but I can't find one that uses external power (USB or from the plug) and I would want one with a transmit range of around 50 meters. Thanks!"
