Feb 21st 2008 9:14AM It really is a one of a kind. Navigation, Xenon, Heated Seats, Climate Control in a compact under $25k is a rare thing in the US. The closest to it in features/price is the GTI, but that approaches $30k for the same features.

Jan 9th 2008 1:35PM I'll believe it when I see it. We've been teased before and still have no diesel compacts in the US. I already plan to get a Mini next year, this is like diamond encrusted cherries on top of the cake.

None of these names tell you ANYTHING! There is no reason for these names, so stop looking. Why are you complaining about Lincoln's names having meaning when no one else's does either?
At least Lincoln has some link to the past with MK being short for Mark. Personally I would love it if they used Mark Z, Mark S, Mark X.

It's kind of worrying that this is even an issue. European Fords are miles ahead of US Fords in almost every way. It's a no brainer. I want my Kinetic design!

Jul 30th 2007 6:19PM It's been out for a while in Europe, and from what I've read, it's a very conservative ride. Safe and smooth for the most part. That's fine with me, but it seems Volvo wants this to be their chick car which as a man, is a big turn off.
I'm a bit of a gadget glutton as well and a fully loaded C30 is upwards of 35k. I think I'd rather have a Mini at that price.
