@Aleman
And by the time you finish reading, there is a decent chance something could have gone wrong with the Kindle.

I just realized that I missed that part of the article.

Interesting, I had no idea that they weren't releasing the numbers. I still partially feel that most people enjoy having a book or newspaper physically in their hands, it's also nice to see a shelf full of old books rather than a Kindle, but to each his own I guess.
When these came out I could have guaranteed that they wouldn't catch on as much as they did, but again, I have been proven wrong. Congrats to Amazon.
These Peek handhelds would be great if they had internet browsing capabilities and maybe some various apps. I would personally keep my cheap cell phone that's free with my plan, and use a device such as this for web browsing on the go. WiFi is everywhere (at least where I live), and it would make no sense for me to get a smartphone if I have to pay for the data plan as well. But that's just me. I'm perfectly fine with checking my email on my college campus or a quick trip to Starbucks, Panera, etc.
MONEY! Going to put it towards a nice new 13" laptop. My 17" HP Pavilion is a tank, but has recently started to age very unpleasantly.
A graphics card with the option of 512 memory would be wicked.

Caps lock and three exclamation marks don"t give away sarcasm anymore.
Let the hive mind of Engadget get that for you.
"I'm looking for a wireless trackpad to use with my older (2.5 or so years old) C2D MacBook that's perpetually docked to my home theater. Something sleek, thin, not too small, made of high quality materials. Ideally, it would natively support all of (Snow) Leopard's multitouch inputs, and even more ideally, it would have a charging dock / base. The only problem is that I'm not sure that such a thing even exists. Think you can throw me a bone?"
