Thanks for the suggestions. The Viliv N5 looks pretty interesting, but it appears it hasn't actually been released yet and I am assuming the price on it will be on the high side. The DoubleTime and Genesis aren't good options because the screens are a little smaller than what I want and the keyboards are too small to do anything but thumb typing on. What I really want is something that is just small enough to keep in a cargo pocket at all times without it being a burden so that if I find myself with some time to kill and nothing else productive to do, I can open it up, set it on a table and do some half-speed, cramped two hand typing to work on my writing. Thumb typing is just too slow to endure for this purpose.
I will keep searching. Maybe one day I will just give up and find an old Psion Revo and do a battery mod to make it work, then keep a Windows 2000 VM going to get the files off it. :)
