Hold down CMD+R while the computer is booting. This will boot into Lion's recovery partition and you can use the disk utility to format the hard drive and reinstall a clean instance of Lion.

This is from apple.com regarding Lion recovery:
www.apple.com/macosx/recovery/

Summary: during startup, hold down command-R, and select the recovery drive. From there you can use Disk Utility, reinstall Lion, or restore from a Time Machine backup.

You should've gotten a usb stick with your machine. Boot it.

Simple as that. That stick has your stock OS and iLife.
