For me it will really depend on how durable it is. I have been using a 1st gen Logitech G15 and it has stood the test of time. It seems to be a simple keyboard with some added benefit to Starcraft 2 players having the APM real time monitoring. Once it releases and i get to play around with one I will decide whether or not it's worth it.
A keyboard-specific game? Unless you're a pro player, no way.

Definitely not. As with all of Razer's "licensed gaming peripherals," the name is just a gimmick to sell this to SC fans who need to have all the official peripherals. You pay a premium for the logo and thus would be better off with one of Razer's "real" gaming keyboards.
