Which chrome version did you get? I have Windows 7 Ultimate on my netbook and on my desktop with Chrome running smoothly.
Whatever the latest version is. I uninstalled the version of Chrome I was using on Vista, and downloaded and installed the newest version. No hitches with either process, but now, on Win7, it crashes about every fourth time I click a hyperlink. Sometimes it immediately crashes as soon as I click, sometimes the new page starts to load, and THEN it crashes. Frustrating.
Odd. I have run it on several computers in Windows 7 beta and production. Never an issue. Did you do a fresh install of Windows 7 or an upgrade?

Hmm...I've had windows 7 since beta and never had chrome crash on me. Seems like an isolated problem.
Chrome and Windows 7 here with no problems. I've ditched Firefox now. Well, thought I'd try chrome full time now, it's 2010 after all.
Chrome does crash more than other browsers on my Win7 install - it never crashes on my computer at work, with Vista. However it's a beta product, brand new release, and it usually restores my tabs right away.
My Win7 Media pc however, won't even install it...
i just got a new laptop a few days ago. im using win7 home premium and this also happens to me as well. every so often google chrome crashes for no reason. on my old laptop i was using vista and chrome was working fine.
whats wrong D=
Maybe make sure you have updated Flash and so forth. I'm still not having a single issue in Win 7 with Chrome.
Yeah I have never had this issue. It could be an issue with the Beta version if you happen to be using that. I am using all of the stable builds and they work great. Then again, I never had any issues when I was using the beta or dev builds so...who knows. I would stick to the stable builds anyway and make sure that you are using the latest version of Flash.
Not had an issue with Chrome - Running stable build 220.127.116.110. 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium
for some reason it crashes all the time when i go to a different gmail account on my laptop three or four times then i restore it a couple times it works
