Withings WiFi Body Scale vs. Fitbit Aria
you can already sync (link) Withings account to your Fitbit account so you don't have to manually enter your weight so i really don't see a benefit for some one that already have the Withings scale.

I've been extremely happy with the way my Fitbit works, and I expect that the quality will be about equal with Aria. If that is the case it will definitely give the Withings a run for its money.
- Knowing Fitbit's Web Interface (I have owned their Classic product), and seeing mocks of the weight module, I expect Aria's visual design on weight metrics to be more pleasing and legible than Withings', with I consider a bit dated and buggy.
- Unlike Aria's, Withings's has an open API (www.withings.com/en/api/) that is used by many third-party health and diet services (BodyMedia, DailyBurn, RunKeeper, etc, etc). By being first to market, it has become the standard. Aria seems to play only within FitBit's playground.
- Aria is $30 cheaper and at least the site GDGT rates it above Withings: gdgt.com/compare/fitness/21672+72612/
Looks like they finally put up their product page, now as well: www.fitbit.com/product/aria
I think I'm gonna return it.
By the way :-) my gf is not pregnant (yet).
