With the Battlefield 4 Premium add-on, EA's letting you score a dozen goodie-laden golden battlepacks for about $50 without, you know, earning them. But any plebe can do that, right Sedgwick? What you really need to flaunt your gamer cachet is a limited edition BF4 battlepack print from purveyors Cook & Becker priced at a mere $2,500. It was created from a high-res render by EA DICE studio artists and made with 24-carat gold leaf and gold paint in a tiny run of 10 copies. Outrageous? Sure, but at least you'd be going in with eyes wide open.

Gold-caked gadgets are usually left to luxury manufacturers and modders, but now Sony is offering a slice of the high life with its "Limited 24K Gold Edition" Xperia P. The indulgent handset was spotted on the Facebook page of Sony Sweden, where one is being offered as a competition prize (sorry folks, it's only local to Nordic countries). We have no idea whether this is a solitary handset, or if Sony plans to release a limited run for general consumers. All we do know is one of these guys will definitely silence that friend who insists on waving around their James Bond-edition Xperia at every opportunity.

Computer Choppers' latest luxury overhaul is about as Cribs-worthy a laptop as we've ever laid our hard-working eyes on. Just like this 24-carat stunner before it, the shiny setup gives something a little extra to that Apple logo, by way of Marilyn's favorite gems, but sets itself apart with the addition of a rather unexciting paisley pattern. If you're the type who flushes hundos, though, you can ditch the paisleys for your very own custom design. As is often the case with these things, the price isn't listed, but frankly, we'd hold out until they replace those black plastic chiclets with something fit for the Diamond Princess.%Gallery-136095%
