Come January, if your recollections of 2010 leave you wishing for a full brain reformat, unfortunately science -- at least in its legal incarnations -- can't help you. Universal's decision to release Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind on Blu-ray this coming January though will at least let you live vicariously through the trippy shenanigans of Jim Carrey and Kate Winslet. Available for pre-order now from Amazon for just shy of $20, the 1080p version will ship as a single 50GB dual-layered Blu-ray disc and feature a DTS-HD 5.1 Master Audio soundtrack along with a host of extras, like interviews with the cast and short documentaries on the film's production. Now that you've been alerted, if you try to pull the I don't remember card come January, we'll know Frodo, Kirsten Dunst and Mark Ruffalo stopped by your crib in the middle of the night.

Disney announced its first Blu-ray 3D disc Disney's A Christmas Carol would arrive in the fourth quarter during CES, but now TheHDRoom has box art for what will be a 4-disc combo pack including a 3D edition, 2D Blu-ray, DVD and digital copy. "Scrooge's Wild Ride" is exclusive to the 3D version, but both will have a 5.1 DTS-HD MA soundtrack. The only bad news is a $49.99 srp for the pack, so we hope you really, really liked Jim Carrey's take on Scrooge -- the 2D Blu-ray version has a $39.99 srp.

We know some of you may have seen this before, but when it comes to tidbits about Phoenix Wright, we simply can't help ourselves. This particular entry combines everyone's favorite bumbling attorney with everyone's least favorite Jim Carrey dramedy, Liar Liar. The two law-themed productions have been spliced together using the same mashup technology that brought us the rock remix of "All About the Benjamins" and Goober PB & J. The results, while less headbangingly satisfying than peanut butter mixed with jelly or "AAtB (RR)," do manage to make Liar Liar funny, a feat we believe even Diddy would appreciate.[Via DS Fanboy]
