The new HTC One vs. the 2013 model: what's changed?

Google's second-generation Nexus 7 hasn't been the company's best kept secret -- we've seen leak after leak, after leak and, well, you get the point. Nokia Lumia 925 vs. Lumia 928 and Lumia 920: what's changed?
When Nokia launched the Verizon-friendly Lumia 928 with some imaging improvements, it looked as if GSM users would have to wait for the company's next flagship to catch up.
