If you've ever wanted to play around on a claw machine without all the hassle of leaving your house -- or even standing up -- technology has come through for you. Sega has launched a new mobile apps, Sega Catcher Online, that lets you do exactly that: play on a real life claw machine (also known as UFO catchers) via a video feed on your phone. Also, the machine is literally located in Japan, and if you win something it'll be delivered to you free of charge -- but that doesn't mean you don't have to pay to win.

If you're looking for nerdy swag, San Diego Comic-Con is the place to be. But even if you couldn't make the con this year, there's plenty of cool gear announced at the show to tempt any geek's heart -- and wallet. Blizzard was no exception: they've already shown off a WoW-themed children's book, but if that doesn't strike your fancy they've also announced more traditional loot. There's a lot on offer, but we're big fans of the ultra-detailed statuettes from Sideshow Collectables -- StarCraft's Kerrigan and Raynor figures will be up for pre-order this year (look for Raynor soon), Diablo will be coming out in November, and there's a massive Deathwing with no release date (yet). Also in action figures, Blizzard has announced that Neca is working on a Diablo figure (no release date yet) and Funko is making chibi-ized versions of Blizzard characters (coming out in September). For books, Insight Editions has some new Blizzard-themed notebooks (available now) and Blizzard's own children's book is set to premiere at BlizzCon. With BlizzCon not all that far away, we don't expect to hear any more from Blizzard at SDCC -- but our wallets really think this is plenty of announcements already.

Chinese design house/ridiculously detailed toy company ThreeA Toys had many different prototype products on display during its ReVenture event in Hong Kong this weekend, but the ones we're most interested in are the astonishingly accurate reproductions of Portal 2's Altus and P-Body and Metal Gear Solid 2's Metal Gear RAY.All three statues are prototypes and as such there's no information regarding availability, pricing, how articulated they might be or what they'll even look like once they've been painted. It's also difficult to tell whether this RAY model is the manned version created by the Marines, or the unmanned mass-produced model designed by the Patriots. Either way, we desperately want these things adorning our various fireplace mantels as soon as humanly possible. Check out high-resolution shots of all three statues in the gallery below.%Gallery-154312%

Blizzard has just posted a comprehensive list of the new pets, mounts, and collectibles available in patch 4.3. Everything from raiding to the new Darkmoon Faire Island is included, as well as the new holiday mounts that will be purchased with holiday currency. The holiday mounts are a departure from the luck-based rolls and one-a-day bags from holiday bosses, which will most likely be well received by the playerbase. Check out the full list of patch 4.3 pets, mounts, and collectibles on the WoW community website. Brace yourselves for what could be some of most exciting updates to the game recently with patch 4.3. Review the official patch notes, and then dig into what's ahead: new item storage options, cross-realm raiding, cosmetic armor skinning and your chance to battle the mighty Deathwing -- from astride his back!

We can't believe it either – Turpster has been let loose on WoW.com to bring you videos from in and around the World of Warcraft! You've heard him on the WoW Insider Show, and now see him on TurpsterVision right here on WoW.com. So it's Black Friday for a lot of you guys out there -- Happy Thanksgiving for yesterday and yes, my Turkey was awesome thanks for asking! A day for picking up electrical bargains and stopping The Intersect falling into Fulcrum's hands -- I'll be honest, my knowledge of Black Friday stems pretty much directly from episodes of Chuck. I was lucky enough to have my latest purchase come through today and I am super stoked to be able to show you guys, Chen Stormstout! This guys is many kinds of huge -- some say he looks like a fat Gene Simmons, I don't see that being a bad thing since The Demon is also pretty awesome (though he's no Starchild). Standing over 8" tall and weighing in at 4.5 lbs, this guy is built to impress. The detailing is beyond anything I've seen on my previous DC Unlimited figures. Enjoy the video and pick one up if you haven't already -- I wonder how much mine is worth now that it's out of the box... Check out more of Turpster's work, recent work like sites made for a Bristol Garden Landscaper or classic stuff from his WoW parody songs to TV previously on Massively.com, not forgetting everyone's favorite podcast 'The WoW Insider Show' and of course, TurpsterVision right here on WoW.com!

  • Halo 3 Legendary Editon includes cat helmet

Because a regular "Collector's Edition" just isn't geeky enough, here's what will be included in the four-disc Halo 3: Legendary Edition according to 1up: Cut-scenes from the Halo games with DVD-style director's commentary An uspecified number of documentaries, including a look at the way Halo fans have extended the fiction A "cat-head sized" (1up's description) Spartan helmet that you put over the four discs as a display piece. The actual game. No word on what all this fanboy fun will cost. How many Halo fanatics will pay top dollar for the chance to cram a Bungie-approved torture device on Toonces' head? What's a fair price?

  • New tabards are all the rage

I play on a number of servers, and a fashion is spreading through them -- players are donning new tabards everywhere from Ahn'Qiraj to Zul'Gurub. The two items, Tabard of the Argent Dawn (left) and Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade, surfaced in the last patch. The Argent Dawn tabard is obtainable as a result of the invasion event. Initially, you have to take ten Necrotic Runes to the Argent Quartermaster at Light's Hope Chapel. Finishing this quest will activate an Argent Quartermaster, and you can then trade more Necrotic Runes for items like mana potions and Consecrated Sharpening Stones (+AP against undead). For ten runes, the tabard is yours. I found this tedious to solo, but when grouped with a mage and a couple of others the runes flow heavily.
