One thing he doesn't have is a name, and that's where you come in (provided you've got a lore-appropriate imagination, that is). Yep, ZeniMax wants you to christen this particular NPC so that he can more properly assist adventurers in Tamriel when the fantasy title goes live sometime that isn't today.
