NIS America is bringing the updated 3DS version of Atlus' classic 1997 Sega Saturn RPG Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers to Europe this fall on Friday, September 13. The game's labyrinthine dungeons and too-cute-for-their-own-good demonfolk were already released stateside last month and in Japan last August. We had our souls hacked once, it was this whole big mess – had to cancel all our karma cards, get new Spiritual Security Numbers from the Spiritual Security Administration; it was awful. Nowadays, we keep our souls locked in a safe at the bottom of a well filled with concrete and ghosts.

Ghostlight's European localization of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor 2 is "finished and has been approved for release by Nintendo," according to the publisher's blog, though that unfortunately does not translate into a European release date for the DS game."Without going into too much detail," the update reads, "retail support for DS titles is understandably low at the moment making it difficult for us to release the title. We haven't given up though and we're currently looking into several different ways of making this fantastic game available to you all." One of the "several different ways" under consideration is the possibility of Ghostlight offering a Collector's Edition directly through its website, a strategy the publisher recently used for the 3DS release of Shin Megami Tensei: Devil Survivor Overclocked.

Persona 4 Golden's European release date has now been confirmed, with Atlus' epic JRPG of angst and nightmare television worlds hitting European Vitas on Friday, February 22.NIS America, which is responsible for publishing Persona 4 Golden in the EU, told Joystiq last October that it was aiming for a February 22 release, though the game's official launch window has remained "Spring 2013" until now. We were also informed that the game would likely be released sans Special/Collector's Edition, which appears to be the case considering no such announcements accompanied the confirmation of its release.Well, there is one way to get a Special Edition in Europe. If you stare into the screen of an unplugged television during a heavy rain, at midnight, you'll find what you're after. You have to be completely alone though, otherwise it won't work. It also helps if you've got some kind of repressed issues or have been having trouble accepting part of who you are.

Several months after its original launch window has passed and nearly two years after it was first announced, Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee HD will finally bring its adorable, charming weirdness to the PlayStation Network before the new year rings in.Specifically, Just Add Water's remake of the OG Xbox launch title will hit European PSN on December 19 for €8.99/£7.99, with a $9.99 North American launch following sometime in "late December," according to the official website. Considering that there's only one other Tuesday in "late December," which is Christmas Day, we're pretty sure that's what they're talking about. %Gallery-173459%

Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available digitally through the European PlayStation Network next Wednesday, November 21, thus fulfilling a need for PS3 owners on the not-America side of the planet who require both game-purchasing convenience and a bear with which to punch a dinosaur. Similarly, the game will also be available on Xbox Live Games on Demand sometime in late December.A digital version of Tekken Tag Tournament 2: Wii U Edition will be making its way to the Wii U eShop at some point during the new console's "launch window," which Nintendo has said will last until March of next year. If you do plan on downloading TTT2WUE, though, make sure to buy an external storage device of some kind. As we learned last month, the game won't even fit in the basic model's built-in memory.

We knew that Ubisoft's Rayman Legends would be launching on the Wii U sometime this Christmas season, but now we know specifically when, at least in Europe: November 30. The game was announced as a European Wii U launch title during Nintendo's European Wii U event this morning.Naturally, the game's heavy WiiPad functionality was shown off, which allows one player to add lums into the world and otherwise assist the other players, but otherwise the real meat of the announcement was the European release date. We're keeping an eye out for its North American equivalent and will update as we know more.Update: Ubisoft sends us a short video of Rayman creator Michel Ancel explaining why he's bringing Rayman Legends to Wii U, which you can watch above.

Terry Cavanagh's 2D excursion into the world of gravity control and chiptune excellence, VVVVVV, finally has a release date for its long-belated debut on the European eShop: May 10. The announcement comes to us via Twitter, where publisher Nicalis revealed that VVVVVV has passed Nintendo of Europe's certification process – implying immediately afterwards that the game will hit virtual store shelves on "MMMMMMay 10th."VVVVVV's European eShop debut will take place a little over two years after the game's original release in January of 2010, and while that may sound like a long time, fake scientific studies have shown that it takes at least four and a half years to get the game's phenomenal soundtrack out of your head. So, comparatively, the delay isn't really all that bad.
