Zandalari on Moon Guard hosting a Story Circle tonight
Here's another player-run RP event that looks like a lot of fun -- the Zandalari, a 'tribe' (read: guild) on the Moon Guard server apparently hosts a weekly "story circle," in which they sit around and tell stories of all kinds. As usual, I remain not so into RP, but I am very much into storytelling and fun player-run events, and this evening sounds like a good time, especially if you just sit and listen (or read, as the case may be).If you'd like to go, it'll be at the Grom'gol base camp in Stranglethorn (so it's Horde only, but you can roll an alt and fly from Orgrimmar) over on Moon Guard this evening (and every Thursday) at 8pm server. And I'm sure I don't have to say this, but if you do go, be sure to be respectful, or they'll definitely whip out the ignore stick on you, or worse -- it's an RP server, so no monkey business.And be sure to take lots of pics and send them to us if you like -- we always love hearing about creative player-run events on the servers.
Around Azeroth: One zeppelin, two zeppelin...
Ben writes in with this zeppelin-filled screenshot from Grom'Gol in Stranglethorn Vale. Though I'm sure some of our readers could do a bit of math and come up with some exact numbers on how often two zeppelins arrived in Grom'Gol at once, I'll simply say it's an uncommon sight. Breakfast Topic: Where's your hearthstone?
Well duh, it's in your bags, of course. But more importantly: where's it set?We've covered this one before, but that was before we had a whole other continent full of inns and towns to bind ourselves to. While I used to be bound to Grom'Gol, I went ahead and switched my stone to Thrallmar (right across from Honor Hold for you Alliance) for easy access, as well as a quick exit back into Outland after I finish training (since there's no trainers in Outland).But as soon as I hit 62 or so, I figure I'll have outgrown the good ol' HP (Hellfire Peninsula, to those of you still in Azeroth). So where to? If you've made your way into the mid 60s, where's your stone set? And if you beta players have insights for us too, have at it.[ Thanks, Tim, for the suggestion! ]
