<p>Since Sony's big <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/02/20/sony-ps4-announcement/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">PlayStation 4 announcement event</a> in rainy New York City February, the Japanese electronics giant has been relatively quiet on the gaming front. With a <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/20/playstation-4-tease-video/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">teaser video</a> in late May and an <em>even teasier</em> email sent to PlayStation Network users this past week, Sony's begun emerging from the dark. Tonight, the proverbial curtain will be whisked away for the largest unveiling of PlayStation 4 to date. And knowing Sony, we'll get an earful about the PlayStation 3 and Vita in the process. Follow belong after the break as we report live from the Los Angeles Memorial Sports Arena -- fingers crossed for <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pJElsNaC6yQ">massive damage</a> jokes!</p>

<p>In a normal E3 year, we might not liveblog Ubisoft's annual press briefing, but this year's different. This year's <em>special</em>. And Ubisoft is known for being an especially supporting partner when it comes to new game hardware launches, so we're here in downtown Los Angeles at the ... Los Angeles Theater to bring you breaking coverage of the French game publisher's next-gen plans. With <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/03/04/assassins-creed-4-black-flag-preview/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget"><em>Assassin's Creed 4</em> </a>and <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/10/ubisoft-kaspersky-lab-watch-dogs/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget"><em>Watch Dogs</em></a> out of the way, what else does Ubi have up its sleeves? <p>When EA reps took the stage at Microsoft's Xbox One unveiling event a few weeks back, they were part of a very small group of game companies represented. The world got a first look at <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/21/ea-announces-ea-sports-ignite-a-next-generation-game-engine/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">EA's new sports game engine</a>, Ignite, and a tease of <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/21/ea-shows-first-xbox-one-games-fifa-nba-live-madden-and-ufc/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">what to expect come this holiday</a>, but we're betting there'll be <em>even more</em> interesting stuff presented during the company's press briefing this afternoon at E3 2013. A closer look at <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/03/27/battlefield-4-fall-2013/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget"><em>Battlefield 4 </em></a>and a thorough detailing of EA Sports' various annual franchises are locks, as is a second premiere of Respawn's new game <em>Titanfall</em>. What's got us <em>really excited</em> is a <a href="http://www.joystiq.com/2013/05/30/mirrors-edge-2-help-page-goes-live-on-ea-site-swiftly-removed/">possible <em>Mirror's Edge</em> sequel</a> reveal. Find out with us in real time with the liveblog just below the break.</p>

<p>Elon Musk is a <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/05/elon-musk-interview/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">busy man</a>. <p>Google I/O <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/15/google-i-o-2013-opening-keynote-roundup/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">came and went</a> with nary a word of that rumored <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2012/12/21/motorola-x-phone-x-tablet-rumor-android-smartphone/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">X Phone</a>, but according to Eric Schmidt's recent <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/16/liveblog-google-eric-schmidt-at-dive-into-mobile-2013/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">comments</a> at D: Dive Into Mobile, there are clearly some big, big plans for Moto that have yet to be fully realized. Dennis Woodside, CEO of Motorola Mobility will be joined by Dr. Regina E. Dugan, senior vice president of the same company, here on the D11 stage. We're expecting plenty of questions surrounding market share, the interaction with the Android team and a vision for generating RAZR-type buzz once more. Join us after the break for the liveblog!</p>

<p>The man worth at least a few billion tweets is about to take the stage here at <a href="http://www.engadget.com/event/d112013/articles/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">D11</a>, and we'll be covering <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2010/10/04/dick-costolo-named-new-twitter-ceo-evan-williams-to-focus-on-pr/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">Dick Costolo</a>'s every utterance as he's interviewed in one of these famed red chairs. The sit-down comes just hours after Facebook's own Sheryl Sandberg took the stage, and we're expecting quite the wide range of questions. Twitter has evolved into a global communications platform, not just for individuals looking to rise up against an oppressive regime, but for brands looking to better address their audiences. How to balance all of that? Join us after the break as we find out in real time.</p>

<p>Just a year after Tim Cook sat down for his <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2012/05/29/apple-ceo-tim-cook-interview-at-d10-the-liveblog/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">first non-financial interview as CEO of Apple</a>, the man himself is back for yet another round. He'll be seated in Rancho Palos Verdes, California this evening at the <a href="http://www.engadget.com/tag/D11/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">D11</a> conference, taking questions from hosts Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg, and we'll be liveblogging every moment of it. The interview is taking place with under a fortnight to go until Apple's WWDC, where we're expecting to see details on <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/01/apple-ios7-jony-ive-details/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">iOS 7</a>, the Mac lineup and perhaps a glimpse at whatever the company is cooking up in the <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/02/11/iwatch-app-speculation-is-filler-not-killer/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">wearables department</a>. <p>Well, Yahoo! has already <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/20/yahoo-confirms-tumblr-acquisition/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">officially announced</a> its $1.1 billion cash deal to snatch up social darling and microblogging platform du jour, <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/19/yahoo-to-acquire-tumblr/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">Tumblr</a>. The question on everyone's mind is, what else could the struggling web pioneer have up it's sleeve? Truth is we have no idea. Could Mayer have another acquisition to announce or a special new product lined up for <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/17/yahoo-nyc-event/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">tonight's event</a>? <p>Sorry, you're a little early. But please come back later, because we'll be reporting on Nokia's plans for its Windows Phone range in 2013, which is likely to involve more than just last week's <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/10/nokia-lumia-928/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">Lumia 928</a>. We're expecting a <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/13/nokia-lumia-925-leaked-in-low-res-press-shot/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">global iteration</a> in <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/05/12/nokia-new-lumia-uk-ad/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">redesigned hardware</a> and yet more PureView details. Rumors so far reach a little further -- could we hear word on a Lumia tablet, or a return to <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2012/06/26/nokia-808-pureview-review/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">lossless digital zoom</a>? We'll have all the answers from the London event at the time shown below.</p>

We've seen the title applied to several phones in the last four years: the HTC Salsa and <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2011/07/22/htc-status-review/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">ChaCha</a>, the Motorola <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2011/11/18/motorola-motokey-social-set-to-like-telus-november-21st/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">Motokey Social</a> and at least three phones from <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2011/04/11/inq-cloud-touch-facebook-phone-graces-store-shelves-in-uk-walle/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">INQ</a>. Today that term may be attached to yet another device, the <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/02/htc-first-facebook/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">HTC First</a>, though we're likely to see a handset with much tighter Facebook integration using a custom Android skin called <a href="http://www.engadget.com/2013/04/01/facebook-home-htc-myst/?utm_source=Feed_Classic&amp;utm_medium=feed&amp;utm_campaign=Engadget">Facebook Home</a>.
