This week we're anticipating the second season of Aziz Ansari's Master of None on Netflix, as well as a 4K remastered release of Heat on (1080p, unfortunately) Blu-ray. Sports fans, of course, have the NHL and NBA playoffs, but should also keep an eye out for the cartoonish NBA Playgrounds game on the way. Other notable videogame releases include LocoRoco Remastered on PS4, and on Xbox One, the Hot Wheels DLC for Forza Horizon 3. Look after the break to check out each day's highlights, including trailers and let us know what you think (or what we missed).

The USA series Mr. Robot has more than just surprisingly realistic hacking scenes, as it now can claim an Emmy win. Series star Rami Malek snagged the Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series award tonight, beating out Kevin Spacey, Bob Odenkirk and others. After double checking to make sure we were all seeing this too (good call), Malek said he wanted to "honor the Elliots...because there's a little bit of Elliot in all of us." The show's season finale airs Wednesday night, and if the breakdown of its hacking scenes hasn't turned you into a fan yet, take a look at our interviews with show creator Sam Esmail.

If you've been anxiously awaiting news on the second season of Netflix's Master of None, you're in luck. Comedian and star of the original series Aziz Ansari took to Twitter today to officially announce the show's return in 2017. While you'll have to wait a while for new episodes to hit, there's plenty of time to catch up if you haven't watched it yet. For the uninitiated, the show chronicles the life of Dev (Ansari), a single New Yorker who hilariously tries to balance work, dating, family and more. But seriously, just watch it already.

The 2016 Golden Globes ceremony was held last night, once again highlighting Amazon and its growing repertoire of high-quality TV shows. Mozart in the Jungle, which follows a group of orchestral musicians and the conductor Rodrigo De Souza, picked up two awards for the best comedy or musical TV series and the best performance by an actor in a comedy or musical TV show. Amazon's Transparent was also in the hunt for both accolades, but failed to outshine its streaming-exclusive rival.

If you've been struggling to keep up with the mammoth amount of television these days, 2015 didn't do you any favors. We saw more original series than ever from Netflix (most of which are definitely worth a watch), as well as a slew of great shows from established networks. Some call this the era of peak television -- we just like to think of it as the age of binge watching.

This week is all about Call of Duty, as this year's edition arrives on consoles Friday with all single player missions unlocked from the start -- unless you're on Xbox 360 or PS3. If you want Black Ops 3 first them you can of course try downloading it, but if you prefer a disc some Amazon is adding midnight delivery as an option next to the standard midnight release. Also this week, Mill Creek Entertainment is releasing the entire run of That '70s Show on Blu-ray, which isn't cropped or zoomed (like The Wire) since it was originally shot in widescreen on film (like Friends and Seinfeld). Better yet? It's currently available via Best Buy and Amazon for $60. Netflix premieres Aziz Ansari's series Master of None, while the first two season of Game of Thrones are being re-released on Blu-ray with Dolby Atmos surround sound -- check after the break for a trailer explaining how important the new audio is. You won't have to wonder about when Netflix will start streaming much of its exclusive and original programming -- the company has provided scheduling for seemingly all of it in one shot. To begin with, it's renewing the weird-yet-familiar cartoon BoJack Horseman for a third, 12-episode season that will arrive in 2016. Can't wait that long? Longmire, the rescued A&E crime series, will make its Netflix debut on September 10th of this year, while a documentary about Keith Richards, Under the Influence, is due on September 18th. There are a slew of comedy specials arriving between August 14th (Demetri Martin) and December 18th (Mike Epps). Aziz Ansari's comedy series Master of None will show up on November 6th, and Chelsea Handler is hosting a four-movie documentary series that's "coming soon."
