Mount week on One Shots wraps up with a Vanguard image from Stargrace: This is my favorite mount and the one I spent the most amount of time in obtaining: a galleon. These ships are simply amazing. Aside from being incredibly complex to craft (it requires raiding to get the recipes), they also use a lot of supplies, which change depending on which continent you're building. For example, a Kojani galleon would require 590 dusky timber, 5 umber, 30 knotted, 98 mithril, and 135 vielthread. If it were as simple as that, we'd all be sailing them, but no. Those raw bits need to be crafted into 1 kojani large mast pole, 2 kojani medium mast poles, 3 kojani galleon mast mounts, 3 kojani large sails, and 2 large mast riggings. Then you need a large mast pole, a galleon rudder, a galleon hull section, galleon hull, galleon deck section, a galleon deck, a cabin, and a figurehead, and that doesn't include the fact that you need to be a minimum level 48 carpenter, know all three caravel recipes, be Ancient Port Warehouse-keyed, with 2 plat per continent learned. Whew! Tomorrow begins foe week here at One Shots! Send a pic of the funniest, most strangely designed, or scariest enemy you've taken on in an MMO to oneshots@massively.com along with your name and the name of the game. Tell us a little about the foe and we'll share it here on One Shots! %Gallery-112285%

The APB community has turned out in force this week to show off high-tech mounts on One Shots, and those players submitting images have good reason to be proud of their vehicles. APB enthusiast John explains further: Customization is the single best thing a game can offer to keep my attention. Not since pre-CU Star Wars Galaxies have I felt the sense of ownership I get in APB. Driving, shooting and designing unique looks and rides -- what's not to love? Attached is a picture of Tha Crim Huntah, my choice ride when I am out arresting Crims. We're gearing up (pardon the pun) to move from mounts to enemies for next week's One Shots. Send the funniest, most strangely designed, or scariest enemy you've taken on in an MMO to oneshots@massively.com along with your name and the name of the game. Mount week continues on One Shots with another motorized mount from the APB community. Kaul sent in an image of this carefully crafted vehicle: My mount isn't an animal, but it is the perfect one for me since I didn't just get to choose it in a list of dozens of amazing ones but actually had the opportunity to design it as I wanted. Is there any mount more awesome than the one you get to design yourself? There isn't. It's a beautiful Packer Ceresco van featuring the emblem of the E.R.I.S. Think of it as a U.N.-funded Mystery Machine. What's more, there is even a guest of international fame inside, Mahou Shojou Madoka Magica's Charlotte. That is my definition of an awesome mount. How can a griffon stand up to that? Oh sure, it can fly, but any car can fly high with APB Reloaded's physics. It sounds like Kaul has thrown down the gauntlet! Is there another mount more awesome? If you think there is, prove it by sending a screenshot to oneshots@massively.com along with your name and the name of the game, then tell us a little about what your awesome ride is and how you came by it. We'll show it off here on One Shots for everyone to admire! Finally, don't forget to get the jump on next week's One Shots theme: unusual foes. Send us the funniest, most strangely designed, or scariest enemy you've taken on in an MMO and we'll share it here on One Shots! %Gallery-112285%

Who says your mount has to be a living, breathing animal? Mount week continues on One Shots, and we're breaking the fantasy streak with a bang today, thanks to APB: Reloaded player Ryan: A lot of hard work went into this van from the cartoon Scooby Doo. I haven't seen another one like it -- just A-Team vans -- and it usually gets complimented. We know there are a lot of great mounts out there, but we've got to admit that an honest-to-goodness Mystery Machine is pretty awesome. Think you've got something even cooler from another game? Prove it by sending a screenshot to oneshots@massively.com along with your name and the name of the game, then tell us a little about what your awesome ride is and how you came by it. We'll show it off here on One Shots for everyone to admire! %Gallery-112285%

Mount week continues on One Shots thanks to Ardwulf, who's been enjoying a griffin's-eye view of the world of Vanguard: The fantastic Griffin mounts are still the most awesome flying mounts in any game I've seen, thanks in part to the beuatiful terrain you can fly over. The developers of so many games have a great time with the mount system, letting their creativity shine and giving their quirky sense of humor free rein. This is the week to show off your greatest, funniest, or most hard-earned mount. Send us a screenshot at oneshots@massively.com along with your name and the name of the game, and tell us a little about what your awesome ride is and how you came by it. We'll show it off here on One Shots for everyone to admire! %Gallery-112285%

We're kicking off Mount Week on One Shots with the perfect blend of traditional and futuristic mounts: a robot horse. Today's image comes to us from Massively reader Clinton: In RIFT, players have an option of playing one of two separate factions -- the Guardians and the Defiant. It's been noted that Defiant have a heavy majority of the population on lots of servers, and people have been trying to figure out why for a while. It's been in front of everyone's noses all this time -- the mounts! Who wouldn't want to ride a silver robotic horse with a dragon's head for the hindquarters? While we have to agree that a robot horse with a dragon's head on its hindquarters is the very embodiment of awesome, we also know that there are more mounts out there that are just as awesome and/or unusual. Prove us right and grab a screenshot of your finest ride, be it hooved, feathered, wheeled, or otherwise. Send it to oneshots@massively.com along with your name and the name of the game, and tell us a little about what we're seeing and how you came by that particular mount. If you'd like a head-start on the following week, we'll be focusing on weird foes. Do you have a great shot of a dancing Abaddon in Guild Wars or a nose-picking foe from Gates of Andaron? Send those in too and we'll feature them on One Shots! %Gallery-112285%
