If you'd like to party with Pac-Man in a way that doesn't involve playing Pac-Man Party, head down to Alhambra, California's Nucleus Gallery on March 5. The Southern California Classic Collectors group is setting up 30 old arcade machines, and a dozen or so old consoles, to turn the gallery into a retrogaming paradise. In addition to the presentation and free play of old games, attendees will be able to hear live chiptunes, take part in commerce in the trading room, play a retrogaming quiz competition and, for some reason, play Rock Band. Also, because it's Southern California, food trucks will converge on the location, stalking their elusive prey of "hungry people." Tickets are $10 now, or $15 at the door.
