Check out this list of talent: Letomi, Gigi, Summergale, Aderin, Quixotica, Abandonation, and Ghenki, WoWMartiean, and Temptationz. Make Hordies Out of You takes one of the best songs from Mulan and turns it into one heck of a Horde anthem. With a few killer jokes and smashing animation, this video is more than worth the time. Even better, it's awesome to see some of these folks coming back around. I really, really hope they do more. I'm just saying. Edit: Khayllys made the video. My apologies for not saying that at first. My bad. Interested in the wide world of machinima? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch! Have suggestions for machinima we ought to feature? Both Gigi and Summergale are back with their new collaboration, Horde Till I Die. The machinima itself was created by TauriMovies. The song is a Horde-themed anthem, with lots of lyrics and actions about beating up on the Alliance. The video is pretty impressive, and I hope to see TauriMovies pick up some new subscribers on the YouTube channel. Gigi is fun as always, and I continue to be absolutely in love with Summergale's voice. This was a pretty good collaboration, and my hat's off to the trio for some impressive work. Ulduar came up in the comments last week. Since Ulduar is a classic machinima and a strong staff favorite, it's completely worth another visit. Ulduar is performed by Summergale and Cranius, while the video was created by the infinitely amazing Legs. Ulduar is the story of star-crossed lovers. Cranius portrays the role of a PvP player who feels out of place in raids. Summergale, by comparison, is an experienced raider who is bored with contemporary content. There's just not much to be done until Ulduar is released. Like many star-crossed lovers, the two characters have nothing to do but sing to one another about the predicament. Like many of the best machinima, Ulduar has stood the test of time, even though the World of Warcraft itself has moved on. The vocal performances and animation quality are so well done that the final work feels just as relevant now as it ever did. Interested in the wide world of machinima? It's been a little while since we've heard from Nyhm and Summergale, especially as a duo act. That made the tip that they've released a new video an incredibly exciting bit of news. The bonus to this news is that the video isn't just a song, but also includes a brief mock-commercial as the opening to the video. The opening commercial is a parody of the Real Men of Genius spots by Budweiser. In the short segment, Nyhm and Summergale poke a bit of fun at the immense shoulder armor design favored by World of Warcraft. I wish I could say some of Nyhm's hypothesized designs were so far-fetched as to be laughable. But based only on a quick, visual scan, I could almost see Arthas dropping some of it.The song itself is called Grind. It's a WoW-themed parody of Busta Rhyme's Break Ya Neck. I have to admit that Grind didn't appeal to me quite as much as other work from Nyhm or Summergale, but the video introduced a technique that I thought was a lot of fun. The chibi-like portrayal of the singers really lightened up the video, and made the entire production much more engaging. It was a cool thing to do, and I'd like to see Nyhm grow that technique more in future videos. Interested in the wide world of machinima? We have new movies every weekday here on WoW Moviewatch!
