Motorola PEBL Rose Bloom: for when your love is like an applique
Nothing hollers I love you like a cute clamshell from Motorola on Valentine's day, right? OK, maybe that's not completely true, but regardless, Moto plans on launching the PEBL Rose Bloom on that most romantic of days with SKT in Korea. Feature-wise, we have 7.2Mbps HSPA, a 2 megapixel camera, hidden front display, Video and Audio on demand, and a 3.5mm jack to get your ears into the action. While we've seen this set pass through the FCC's clutches, your love shouldn't worry too much as we've little hope of seeing this on these shores, at least in the near term.
Motorola VU20 in the FCC
Lending credence to the fact that Motorola's bringing a phone called the VU30 to Verizon in the near future is this, the "VU20" that we just saw pop up in the FCC's approval records. The manual for the roundish, nondescript flip makes mention of NATE and June -- both features of SK Telecom -- leading us to believe that it'll definitely be landing in South Korea where Moto maintains a noticeable presence. Importers are probably going to want to steer well clear of it since the only thing it has to offer the US market is GSM 1900, but the video calling camera confirms that it'll at least do 3G stuff when it's on its home turf. More news on this one as we get it.
