Following initial plans to release Where Is My Heart? on PC and Mac last September, the journey to rebuild a pixelated universe will now reach both platforms via Steam, Good Old Games and Humble Store on May 29 for $7.99. A Linux version is also coming, though it will launch "soon after" the others. Hey, better late than never, right? Designer Burnie Schulenburg explained that there were too many things that just "didn't work" near the initial September release date, which sounds like a pretty solid justification for a delay. Beyond its impending availability on computers, the incoming version of Where Is My Heart? will introduce new levels, a tweaked user interface, customizable controls and a level select system. Die Gute Fabrik's indie platformer Where is my Heart? will arrive on PC and Mac in September through Steam and the Humble Store, and then on Linux at a later date. The game launched as a PlayStation Mini in November 2011 for PS3, PSP and Vita. Where is my Heart? has players guiding a family of forest spirits that live in a tree whose roots hold the world together. The game's environment is also broken into square segments that shuffle around, adding a puzzling element to the family's journey. The PC/Mac version will include a new menu system and levels. Die Gute Fabrik hasn't listed a price for Where is my Heart? yet. It will be playable in the meantime at PAX Prime in Seattle this weekend, at booth number 866 located in the Indie Megabooth (along with over 80 other games).

Well, dear readers, I thought last week's one was pretty darn impossible. I thought I was going to have to come back in and post clues and the like, but yet again you've surpassed yourselves. I was really, really happy to see the elation in the post from the person who got it right when they did eventually find it! I've been and checked out the two locations that were discussed. The image is so nearly exactly the same in both, but I'm tipping my hat to TimothySeltman, who correctly identified the picture in Pinewood Village. If nobody had figured it out, I would have accepted Surwich in the very south of the Blasted Lands as an Alliance-friendly location, but big congratulations to you, TimothySeltman! He even put up his own picture; I'm very impressed indeed with his dedication. Bravo! I'd love to demand you all do the same, but I think that would be a bit excessive. This week's contribution is, I promise, very much hidden in plain sight for you all to find. I've only managed to locate one of these, so if there are others, I do apologize. It's courtesy of Gazell from Rexxar (A); thanks very much indeed for sending it in! As always, I have to be able to find my way to the location via your description. Coordinates are good, as are detailed directions. As ever, your guesses have to be in a new comment to be counted, not in a reply (or it's impossible for me to tell which came first). Good luck -- not that you'll need it! There's so much in Azeroth (and Outland!) just waiting to be found. Tip us off. If you've found a fabulously quirky landmark, hidden treasure, or special hideaway somewhere in Warcraft, drop me a line at olivia@wowinsider.com with your screenshot. You could be featured in a future edition of Where in Warcraft!

OK -- this is getting serious now. A few people have dropped me a line suggesting that I start editing, pixellating, or blocking out parts of the image to increase Where in Warcraft's difficulty. This is the last one I'm going to try before I do that. My congratulations to Sillon, who was the second responder to my last picture and the first to guess it correctly. I followed his directions and they led me exactly to the spot, which was in Deadwind Pass. I tip my hat to you, sir. If today's image is guessed within a few moments like its predecessors, I'm moving to picture editing. This is a cool little statue, looking something like a naga version of the Hindu god Vishnu surrounded by a rounded throwing weapon, kind of looking like something you see wielded by NPCs in certain areas. But that's all extraneous information! The question is: Where in Warcraft is it? EDIT: And I have to belatedly add: thanks very much to Prey (Perenolde) for the picture! You know the rules: I have to be able to find my way to this location with your instructions. I'm also adding a new rule to avoid situations like we had a while ago: Your guess must be in a new comment thread, not a reply to another post. Otherwise, it's impossible for me to know who guessed first. That leads to unfair decisions, and nobody likes those. There's so much in Azeroth (and Outland!) just waiting to be found. Tip us off. • PSN Tuesday: Winter of RPGs, Where is my Heart?

No, that last one isn't a question -- it's this week's PlayStation Plus subscriber bonus. Where is my Heart? is a charming little Minis title about a family of monsters searching for a new home. Also, this week sees Square Enix kick off its Winter of RPGs promotion with Chrono Cross. Oh, and there's this Modern Warfare 3 thing going on today, along with its subsequent Elite service, we guess. If you're into that kind of thing, you can read more at the PlayStation Blog via the source link below.

There are cute things, and then there are adorable things, and then there's Where is my Heart?. This experimental indie platformer transcends the known boundaries of cuteness to such a dramatic extent that even tiny baby hippos like this one pale in comparison. Beneath that deliriously endearing aesthetic, however, lies a truly unique and captivating design philosophy. The game, available for free to PlayStation Plus members on Nov. 8 and to everyone else for $6.99 on Nov. 22, is based on a somewhat traumatic episode experienced by Die Gute Fabrik designer Bernie Schulenburg: While on a hiking trip, Bernie and his parents became lost in the woods, the stress of the ordeal highlighting their various personality shortcomings. Serving as a metaphor for the event, Where is my Heart? tells the tale of a family of monsters searching for their lost Heart Tree, wherein all three monsters must work together in order to progress through the wilderness. The game's screen is divided into sections, forming a stained glass windowpane of gameplay scenery which may or may not be directly connected to the adjacent panels. What's more, these panels rearrange themselves, heightening the player's sense of disorientation and serving as a visual metaphor for the emotional confusion the story represents. It sounds like an endearing, poetic work of art; here's hoping that ends up being the case.

  • Where is My Heart? finds four mini-trailers

Even though he's making a thoughtful, retro-inspired PSP game, Bernie Schulenburg still understands how to sell. He knows that you, the consumer, don't have a lot of time to waste on purchasing decisions, so he's released not a trailer, but a mini-trailer for his upcoming Where is My Heart? that you can find below the break. Well, technically, he's made four, which we guess kind of kills the whole time-saving thing. But at least it taps into another crucial consumer value: Getting four of things.
