We've got localizations up for the EU WoW as well (English, German, Spanish, French, and Russian). Remember that you need to have WoW updated to patch 3.0.8a in order to install patch 3.0.9. Big Download also has those files available.Patch 3.0.9 contains a few changes, and is a postscript to patch 3.0.8 and patch 3.0.8a.
