Burr-Brown DACs are expensive and sound incredible. Denon uses them for all of their high end equipment. I never thought I'd see that in a portable. It also supports all of my favorite lossless codecs... so not only does it sound good, it's designed around the audiophile.
Also it claims to be able to decode 720x480 h.264 files at 30fps? If true, space for video isn't so much of a problem anymore.
Lack of a hard drive could leave room for a relatively massive battery (considering the size of the case), so the battery life could be killer...
