Before I'll buy another SE phone from AT&T, I'll make sure the button that connects to the expensive-by-the-byte edge network isn't the largest and easiest to hit on the pad. I'm tired of paying for the minimum 1kb connection fee for the 20 or so times a month I hit this button by accident. Press it and *pay*.

Also, the default location a joystick push will take you is to their shopping site. Ugh. Can I pick my OWN default, please? SE lets you reconfigure the default presses for most buttons, but strangely not the buttons that go direct to AT&T pay-extra functions.

And finally, playing a game on the w810i hurts your fingers if you have even an average-sized hand. The left and right motion buttons are right next to each other and getting two fingers on them at once is impossible.

CellOne has been pretty stagnant for the last few years with mediocre phones and no real network features other then the vanilla offerings, but it seems like ever since the sale was announced, they've been on their game with the latest phones and new services like customizable caller ringtones (the kind that play when you call someone's cell, so instead of the usual 'ring ring' you get R.
