I believe the problem is that we all know batteries die, eventually. You're gonna have to replace it. What they didnt let consumers know was that it's gonna cost them an arm and a leg, AND they lose their phone temporarily. This is the #2 reason I wont buy one. You NEED multiple batteries, and you NEED to swap them. Regardless of marketing propaganda. #1 reason is that keyboard sucks balls.
