Any of us unlocking the phone knows we are doing it at our own risk. but there are probably thousands of people out there who would expect Apple to fix something that they themselves voluntarily "broke." Business is about money, all you M$ fanboys know that, all the Apple fanboys know that, so why do you expect more because Apple is now run like a business and not your friend?
