Looks a little like Microsoft patent in action, albeit without the contextual layering. Also, three different ways to access the same things seems a bit of an overkill.
Overall I think it is a move in the right direction in terms of useability, although I must be one of the few people who actually likes current the desktop analogy for Windows Mobile since I am quite comfortable with it.
