I can only say this so many times. If you don't care about the post, just *skip it!* You don't have to read about it. It only takes up a little real estate on the page, and it's not like they are skipping another story to report this one.

Personally, I hope they keep up this kind of coverage. Not just about the iPhone either. I hope that they blow out the coverage on the Zune firmware. I hope they keep talking about the Eee PC. I hope they keep reporting every bit of news, even the stuff I may not personally be interested in. Because someone else may be. And I don't want them skipping stories that may happen to be interesting to me.

Everything seems a lot more stable. Scrolling through long lists of videos or photos used to be pretty juddery, now it's as smooth as butter :)

Obviously I like the 'new' calendar 'function' :)

When I used the accelerometer in Safari on a webpage it seemed REALLY rough, now THATS much better too.


Plus, is it me, or have they put in the 'closed captioning' option in Videos, the 'repeat' function in Photos, and the star rating of Albums in the iTunes Wifi Music Store? This probably was included since the start, I might have just not noticed it :S

I no longer have key feedback clicks in any of my apps, no text message notification sounds, and no click when I hit the sleep key or unlock my phone. Somehow, incoming call ringtones are still audible (ruling out any hardware problems).

Go figure, Apple has no clue what's going on, and I get to take a trip to my local Apple store for an evaluation.

I have a locked sim. I set a PIN. Since the phone restarted, it says "SIM Locked Insert an unlocked and valid SIM," rather than say "enter your PIN, which, of course I know and could do. My phone has been useless for two days.

If you've updated your firmware to 1.1.1, which you have, it is located on your computer

It is located in C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR USER NAME\Application Data\Apple Computer\iTunes\iPhone Software Updates.

Bear in mind that Application Data is a hidden folder.
