DVR in the software of the set, hard drives are user added via firewire and are not included to keep costs down and sky as the limit. 3 tuners at least, LG chipset for superior OTA reception.  Form factor of the RCA DLPs in that thin enough to mount on wall.<br><br>Dreaming I know, I would warn anyone in the market to not read avsforum.  You will wait forever...just go to the store and look at what looks good to you. HDMI 1.3 wasn't standardized until just last month. The press release is dated 6/22/06.<br><br>NNTPgrip:<br>I didn't think this generation of DLPs was wobulated.<br><br>But you are right: avsforum.com will drive you mad sometimes. Alas, those chips are all reserved for the $10K+ front projectors.<br><br>I would just take a non-wobulated rear-projection that accepts 480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i, 1080p over HDMI with either a Gennum VXP or Silicon Optix chip built in.  Is that too much to ask? THEY ARE WRONG! this is an LED/laser hybrid and they have ran simulations on this that show a LESS then 10% loss in briteness after 60,000 hours!
