How is it easier to convert a video file on a Mac? The iPod's video support is even less than the Zune's if I'm not mistaken, and unless you pay for Quicktime Pro, converting to H.264 can be a pain (and in my experience with converting video files for iMovie, it can be a pain even with Quicktime Pro).
