I decided to not do the Express Upgrade, when the site launched I went and it said I wasn't eligible (even though I bought an XPS 410 system within the eligible date range) so I just purchased a retail copy of Vista when it was released. It seems to work great with the drivers available from Microsoft, so I think Dell's excuse is bogus. They really messed this one up.
