I did, I plugged it in hardwire ethernet since my router was right there on the shelf and used the extra money to buy a harddrive twice the size of the high-end model. All in all the 20GB was a better buy over the 60GB version unless you needed WiFi or didn't know that the PS3 can read memory sticks from your PSP and cards from your camera via USB.
