Looks like it's aimed squarely at the Sony A100/Nikon D80 feature set. Surprised at seeing 1600 as the high end of ISO, since Canon's SLRs have been ISO/Noise leaders with solid ISO 1600/3200 performance. I guess inevitable with the sensor size...
