If you choose to download from a site that has severe restrictions on its use, then it's your fault. Go somewhere else. It's just like the restaurant scenario above. If you don’t like the food or service don’t go to the restaurant. BUT you don’t have the right to try the food and then say it was bad and walk out without paying. Caveat emptor.
