Ryan, do you mind telling me what TV you are using and what connection you are using? I am having a hard time finding a TV that accepts 1080p thru component.. Or does VGA work for 1080p?

The Samsung HL-S DLPs accept 1080p through component. I assume they are using the LED version, the HL-S5679W.
1080p works through VGA.
