lets face it, with all this tlak of putting tvs in cars and the entertainment related accidents that have occured, why not just put a 26in LCD right on top of the dash? Forget GPS, most people already know they'll get lost either way. Put the HDD in there but give it XP too so when you get pulled over/arrested for causing an accident, they can charge you for possessing music that has been stripped of its license as well, at least give the RIAA claim to the rich boy's money too.
