Honestly, from a professional perspective, I have to use Consumer Digitals like this more often than I'd like - and I really don't like the Touch-screen interfaces of the other Sony Cybershots. I much prefer the tactile feedback you get from a solid button interface, plus, who wants to continually clean their LCD from mucky fingerprints when the camera is passed around? Not I :)
When I saw the first clips of this on Engadget a few weeks ago i was pretty excited as I have been looking for an new digital camera. Seeing the post today though with it only having a 3x optical zoom and 600 price tag is making me think twice.
Indeed - plus, for a compact with high hopes of becoming more than just that, it's absolutely massive. I like the slide-action going on with the buttons and body though.
