the 700 is for the price tag!
@chrisfor $700 i can buy a mac mini and a power inverter, and probably have enough scratch to get me most of the way there to a GPS reciver.there is no need to spend all that money on a single function device, even one that kinda does more than one.
edit: BTB i know $700 is not the price of the unit, i was just making a point ;)
I'm still paying down my Nüvi 600 series. Only 40 more payments to go...as long as I don't get lost..on out-dated map data...
