I have a Harmony 880 and you couldn't pry that thing out of my hand. Best remote I've ever owned - controls the 360 with no problems. I used to have a Sony universal and that thing was clunky/ugly and not very useful (macros were a PITA to program). It wasn't "parent safe." My parents have no problem turning on/using my HT/surround system using the 880.
