I'm surprised that the health and safety brigade haven't required that it be painted a different colour to red, to lessen the likelihood of confusion. Mind you, you'd have to be pretty unlucky (or dumb) if a fire broke out at the fire training centre, and all you tried to use was the fire extinguisher plugged into the telly, rather than the ones mounted on the wall.
