No, I have not seen any improvement in performance as of lately. Although I am not having any problems currently with Comcraptic... This is probably due to my ability to circumvent their defense (which is meager at best).
Here is a guide for all that are currently plagued by the Comcatastrophe.
1. Use an encryption method (not the programs encryption {Like Azureus built in obfuscation aka encryption})
2. VPN's (Virtual Private Network) Paid, or unpaid will work fine because it encrypts the data from your computer to the Private network, and then is forwarded to do its work.
3. Accidentally performing wireless penetration testing on the wrong network (not yours) might yield unintended rewards X D. This requires a little Linux knowledge.
4. This falls under the VPN method technically, but is really easy. Pay 5 Euro for a month of Swedish VPN fun with no limitations... Service called Relakks that is accessible anywhere.
