Is that a DLP in your pocket?
Samsung will debut a pocket-sized DLP projector at the 2006 Consumer Electronics Show; when we say pocket-sized, we truly mean it. This mighty-mite is 12.7 cm wide and just 9.4 cm long, while weighing only 700 grams! The information is all in Korean on Samsung's website, and I don't see any mention of the resolution.
It apprears to have a stellar contrast ratio of 1,000:1 and can handle displaying at up to 63-inches diagonal. There are some mentions in the translations that sound like this unit can output a 12-inch screen if you have just 50 cm of space to project. From the way I'm reading this, the 63-inch projection might only need 2.8 meters of space, but again, this might be my interpretation of the Babelfish translation!
