Gothic 3 arrives in September
Austrian Publisher JoWooD and developer Piranha Bytes have announced that Gothic 3 will ship in September. This third installment of the popular RPG series sports a new graphics engine, more interactive environments, and an easier combat system than its predecessors. And if you haven't battled enough Orcs in Warcraft, Morrowind, or the LOTR games, you'll get to slaughter more of them here (unless you choose to join them).
According to JoWooD Senior Brand Manager Stefan Berger, "The polished quality will bring excitement to the hearts of all gamers worldwide!" I sure hope they polish up that late Nineties box art.
