Who is going to win the format war? No one?

Many writers across the web have been very...vocal... about who is going to win the HD DVD/Blu-ray format war. (Ben has and I have been twice) Shane Sturgeon over at hdtvmagizine.com is the next up that is stating who will when this battle, but he is taking a little different route by stating that no one is going to walk away from this war. His conclusion is the one that all of us HD fans are afraid of. If no one walks away from this format war, how are all of us supposed to get premium high-def content? Shane does point out that both camps are so far vested with their format this is going to take awhile to work its way out. We still feel that the demand is going at such a fast rate, that there will ultimately be a winner -- or simply a combo HD DVD/Blu-ray player.
