Nintendo formally announced that playable Wii units will be open to the public during the company's music Fusion Tour this fall. Today's press release informs:
"Starting Sept. 27 at each of the tour's 35+ stops around the country, multiple Wii consoles will be hooked up and ready to play ... Some of the Wii titles scheduled to make the rounds on the tour include Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Wii Sports, Excite Truck, WarioWare: Smooth Moves and Activision's Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam."
Hawthorne Heights (pictured) is headlining with additional bands including Relient K, Emery, Plain White T's and The Sleeping. Playing Emo while getting jacked by a giant Wiimote looks like it hurts.
