BloodRayne flick up for six awards (hint: not Oscars)

dynamic duo

Uwe Boll's BloodRayne has been nominated for six Golden Raspberry Awards, including Worst Actress (Kristanna Loken), Worst Supporting Actress, Worst Supporting Actor, Worst Screenplay, Worst Picture, and of course, Worst Director. Technically, BloodRayne is a 2005 movie, but seeing as how Boll missed out on a 'Razzie' last year, the foundation voted to give him another shot. Best of luck, Uwe!

The Golden Raspberry Awards were established in 1980 to dis-honor the year's worst films, the people who star and them, and the people who make them. Boll will be up against directors Michael Caton-Jones, M. Night Shyamalan, and Keenan Ivory Wayans; while BloodRayne will face Basic Instinct 2, Lady in the Water, Little Man, and Wicker Man for Worst Picture rights. The award ceremony will be held at Hollywood's Ivar Theatre on Saturday, February 24.
