Kane & Lynch: Dead Men gets multiplatform launch on PS3, 360, and PC

First Eternal Sonata pops up on the ESRB's site as a multiplatform Xbox 360 and PS3 title, now the previously Xbox 360 and PC title, Kane & Lynch: Dead Men is going multiplatform as well. Gamesindustry.biz reports that publisher SCi has decided to release Kane & Lynch, along with Crossfire, simultaneously on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Of course, we first saw hints of a PS3 release when K&L was listed on an Atari Australia release schedule -- no word yet on those PS2 and PSP versions. But with a movie in the works, and Eidos' fears of a low PS3 penetration rate, they may still be a possibility. Kane & Lynch is scheduled to be released simultaneously on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC "in time for Christmas" 2007.
