HD DVD and Blu-ray releases on May 8th, 2007

We'll never understand the studios logic in regards to disc releases, one week we get almost nothing and another week we'll get 20; this is one of those slow weeks. HD DVD doesn't have any new titles today, and Blu-ray has one new release and three catalog titles, including the recently hyped Dirty Dancing. Both camps are getting ready for the 22nd of May, which could turn out to be the best week for both titles and will almost certainly initiate a buy day on both sides and based on previous results, our money would be on the HD DVD camp having the ability to move the graphs.
